Yes, our home kitchen is officially approved by the County of Los Angeles as a “Class A” Cottage Food Operation. This means we have successfully met the stringent requirements of the California Health and Safety Code. Our registration number is LA19D240041.

Do you only offer cupcakes?

Currently, our primary focus is on our delicious cupcakes. However, we also provide an array of creatively shaped cakes and designs. You will be seeing more of these on our Instagram, so be sure to follow us there, and stay tuned for any exciting updates and future additions to our offerings.

Do you accommodate special dietary needs, like gluten-free or vegan options?

At present, our menu doesn't include vegan or gluten-free options, but we're exploring recipe expansions to accommodate diverse dietary preferences in the future.

How far in advance should I place an order?

To ensure we provide you with the best service possible, we kindly request a minimum of two weeks' notice for custom orders.

Do you deliver, and what are your delivery options?

We provide delivery services throughout Los Angeles County with an added fee, calculated based on mileage from our location in Sylmar, at a rate of $2 per mile. Delivery availability and fees will be confirmed upon order placement.

Can I customize orders for special occasions?

Absolutely, we specialize in crafting custom orders for your special occasions. Kindly complete an order form to ensure we meet your personalized requirements seamlessly.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

We kindly request a minimum order of one dozen cupcakes.

How do I store the cupcakes?

Our cupcakes can be kept in their box at room temperature for up to 2-3 days, unless specified otherwise.

Avoid leaving all cupcakes uncovered or in direct sunlight, as this can cause the frosting to melt or the cupcakes to dry out.

All cupcakes should be consumed within 2-3 days for optimal freshness and flavor.

Do you accept large orders for events, parties, or corporate functions?

We enthusiastically welcome large orders! Kindly submit an order form to inquire about placing your larger order with us.

Are your ingredients organic?

We are committed to using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients in our products. While not all ingredients are organic, we prioritize organic options for items like eggs and dairy, as these are staples in our own family recipes. Please note that organic ingredients are not always guaranteed, but we strive to maintain our standards of freshness and quality in every batch.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

To secure a custom order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is necessary, ensuring the acquisition of tailored customizations. The remaining balance is then due 72 hours before your order's deadline. As a result, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the deadline. Failure to pay the balance will result in the non-production of your order.

How do I place an order?

To order, you have two options: either make a purchase directly from our "Shop" page or submit a custom order using the form provided on our "Order" page.

Are you able to accommodate food allergies?

Currently, we are unable to cater to specific food allergies as our kitchen processes a variety of potential allergens.
